This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information we receive when you access and use the StylVerse mobile application, website (stylverse.app), and all related services (collectively, the "Services") developed and operated by Jose Neelettu ("StylVerse," "I," "my," or "me"). I consider the privacy and security of personal data extremely important and strive to use Personal Information only in ways outlined in this Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you warrant and represent that you have read, understand, and agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, and that you are over 13 years of age. PLEASE DO NOT USE, INSTALL, OR ACCESS THE SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

"Personal Information" means any information from or about a person that either identifies that person directly or makes that person identifiable when combined with other information from any source.

Information You Provide To Us

When you use the Services or communicate with me, I collect information that you provide directly, including:

• Account information (name, email address, Apple ID, or Google Sign-In credentials)
• Profile information (gender, height, weight, hair color, eye color, style preferences)
• Uploaded content (clothing items, outfits, accessories images)
• Transaction and payment data (processed through third-party providers)
• Communications you send to me via email or support requests
• Any other information you choose to provide

Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Services, certain information is collected automatically, including:

• Device data (device model, operating system, unique device identifiers)
• Usage data (pages viewed, features used, time spent, actions taken)
• Network information (IP address, location data, connection type)
• Analytics data collected through Firebase and similar services

AI and Image Processing

Uploaded images may be processed using third-party AI tools to perform background removal, color detection, and outfit generation. These tools do not collect or store biometric or facial recognition data.

I use the information collected to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
• Personalize your experience and deliver relevant content
• Process transactions and manage subscriptions
• Communicate important updates, announcements, or promotional materials
• Provide technical support and respond to inquiries
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve functionality
• Enforce Terms of Service and resolve disputes
• Comply with legal obligations and protect rights and safety

The Services use third-party platforms that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, analytics, and data storage
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management
• OpenAI or equivalent AI provider — outfit generation and image processing

I may disclose Personal Information with the following categories of third parties:

• Service providers (web hosting, data storage, analytics, payment processing)
• Public authorities when required by law or government request
• To protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud
• In connection with a business transfer or acquisition (if applicable)

Personal Information and phone numbers are not sold or shared with any third parties for their marketing purposes.

The Services may display or link to external retailer websites (e.g., Zara, H&M). StylVerse does not control or assume responsibility for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Product Data from Third-Party Sources: StylVerse displays publicly available product information (such as images, titles, and prices) from external e-commerce websites for product discovery and outfit creation. This content is used solely to help users explore and style products. StylVerse does not sell or redistribute this data, and all product links direct users to the official retailer websites for purchase.

I use industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome these measures.

Some web browsers transmit "do-not-track" signals to websites. Because of differences in how browsers incorporate and activate this feature, I currently do not take action in response to these signals.

StylVerse is not directed toward individuals under 13 years of age. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact support@stylverse.app to request deletion. Parents or legal guardians may review, request deletion of, or prohibit further collection of their child's information by contacting me.

You can correct or delete your Account information by following the instructions in the app (see the "Delete Account" button in your Profile settings). If you cancel your Account or request deletion, I will delete your accessible information within 14 business days.

You have the right to access, review, erase, withdraw consent, or object to or restrict the processing of Personal Information. To exercise these rights, submit a request to support@stylverse.app. I will promptly review all requests in accordance with applicable laws.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• The categories of Personal Information collected about you
• The sources from which Personal Information was collected
• The business purposes for collecting Personal Information
• The categories of third parties with whom Personal Information is shared
• The specific pieces of Personal Information collected

Requests to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of any Personal Information collected about you. Submit requests via email to support@stylverse.app.

No Sale of Personal Information

I do not sell, and have not in the prior 12 months sold, Personal Information about California residents.

Right to Non-Discrimination

You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your California privacy rights.

Personal Information is retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, provide Services, deal with possible legal claims, and comply with applicable laws. Thereafter, information is either deleted or de-identified. Upon account deletion request, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

StylVerse is based in the United States. Personal Information collected may be transferred to and stored on servers in the United States and other countries. In all such instances, Personal Information is used, transferred, and disclosed solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
