Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the StylVerse mobile application ("Application"), developed by Jose Neelettu ("Service Provider"), offered as a freemium service and intended for use as is.

The Application collects information when you download, register, or use it. This may include:

• Device information (model, operating system, IP address)
• Usage statistics (pages or screens viewed, time spent, actions taken)
• Login credentials (email, Apple ID, or Google Sign-In)
• User preferences and profile information (gender, height, weight, hair color, eye color, style preferences)
• Uploaded images (clothing items, outfits, accessories)

AI and Image Processing: Uploaded images may be processed using third-party AI tools to perform background removal, color detection, and outfit generation. These tools do not collect or store biometric or facial recognition data.

The Service Provider may use your information to:

• Improve app functionality and personalization
• Communicate important updates or promotions
• Provide technical support or resolve issues

The Application uses third-party platforms that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. These include but are not limited to:

• Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, analytics, and data storage
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management
• OpenAI or equivalent AI provider — outfit generation and image processing

The Service Provider may disclose information:

• When required by law or government request
• To protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud
• To trusted service providers working on behalf of StylVerse under confidentiality agreements

The Application may display or link to external retailer websites (e.g., Zara, H&M). StylVerse does not control or assume responsibility for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Product Data from Third-Party Sources StylVerse displays publicly available product information (such as images, titles, and prices) from external e-commerce websites for the purpose of product discovery and outfit creation. This content is used solely to help users explore and style products from their favorite brands. StylVerse does not sell or redistribute this data, and all product links direct users to the official retailer websites for purchase.

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. Use your device’s standard uninstall process or remove it via the App Store.

User data (including uploaded items, outfits, and profile information) is retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward.

You may request account deletion by emailing support@stylverse.app or using the in‑app “Delete Account” option. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to safeguard your data through physical, electronic, and procedural security controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

StylVerse is not directed toward individuals under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact support@stylverse.app to request deletion.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
